Browny's South West Tours &Transfers Cancellation policy 

Cancellation Policy:

VAN- 7 Seater

1.       Single & Round-trip transfers for; Cancellation within 24 hours will incur 50% cancellation fees.

2. Cancellation within 4 hours will incur full charges.

a.       Cancellation requires no less than 24 hours prior to pick up time, fail to do so would incur full charge to clients.

Amendments:

·         Any change in booking (Pick-up/drop-off time) within 4 hours of scheduled pickup/drop-off may result in waiting charges being applied.

·         Complimentary waiting time will still be applicable and waiting fee charge will be calculated after the complementary waiting time from the original pick-up time is lapsed. Please refer to the Waiting Time Policy for more details.

General:

·         Certain events may attract an additional charge, if booking relates to a wedding or major event, please contact us to confirm if any additional charges apply.

Public Holiday Surcharge:

·         An additional 15% surcharge applies to rates on all Public Holidays.

Miscellaneous Service and Charges:

·         Trailer Charges will be from $25

No drugs or alcohol inside bus
